This property was previously lit by 3 parking lot poles with 2 outdated fixtures on each (only 2 of the 6 fixtures were working). This created a security concern for a thriving business running 24/7 in a dark industrial part of town.

Our client brought us in to connect power hookups for new monument and wall signs at 18 school locations throughout Colorado Springs, CO. These locations additionally included their transportation and administration buildings.

Our client challenged us with an insurance claim from a lightning strike that occurred in the parking lot of one of their schools. The strike hit a tree and transferred to one of their light poles. This caused a chain of events, blowing out the underground power from that pole to the next one in line. In addition, the strike blew out about 8 lamps within other nearby poles.

We were brought in on this project by a property management company. Their insurance would no longer provide coverage due to the fact they had outdated Federal Pacific equipment within the buildings. Specifically the meter banks and main disconnect in the basements of 10 of their buildings.

This client hired Lightning Mobile Electric because they needed an emergency repair to restore power to their refrigeration system.

For this project, we were challenged withretrofitting exterior parking lot poles, abnormally high (50') canopy lights,and building mounted wall packs for an airport parking facility.

For this project, we were challenged with retrofitting the entire industrial plant for Anheuser Busch/Budweiser in Ft. Collins, CO. We were tasked with replacing every light both inside and out of the building.

Lightning Mobile Electric was called out for troubleshooting and repair of a Walmart store refrigeration system outage.

A local Colorado Whole Foods challenged us with a Lighting redesign and retrofit of their produce department as well as updating their track lighting throughout the store.
