Our client brought us in to replace a transformer that was in the basement of a Stratton Meadows Elementary, due to theft. The school experienced a break-in, where the criminals had pulled out copper from the transformer to sell for scrap.

Solution- We sourced LED panels to replace the old ones and worked with the Mile Hi team for placement during their remodel. We needed to add a few new panels and additionally helped them with moving outlets for various office and breakroom equipment. 

An entire LED upgrade was completed to enhance visibility and security, provide a more energy efficient lighting solution, provide cost savings and rebate options, as well as compliance for city and state safety standards.

This client was struggling with 3 of their automated gates either being stuck open or closed. The gates provided access for trucks coming into the facility and security to keep other out.

Our clientneeded to upgrade their parking lot pole lighting. Solution: To remedy this issue, all fixtures were retrofitted with LED solutions. Result: A brightly lit parking lot with automated fixtures.

This client had some ill lit areas of their business thus creating an attractive place for homeless camps as well as vandalism to their property.

This property was previously lit by 3 parking lot poles with 2 outdated fixtures on each (only 2 of the 6 fixtures were working). This created a security concern for a thriving business running 24/7 in a dark industrial part of town.

Our client brought us in to connect power hookups for new monument and wall signs at 18 school locations throughout Colorado Springs, CO. These locations additionally included their transportation and administration buildings.

Our client challenged us with an insurance claim from a lightning strike that occurred in the parking lot of one of their schools. The strike hit a tree and transferred to one of their light poles. This caused a chain of events, blowing out the underground power from that pole to the next one in line. In addition, the strike blew out about 8 lamps within other nearby poles.
